Do you offer online ordering?

Yes. Pickup is available at both Dayton and West Chester, and delivery is available from the Dayton location. Order from the locations page.

Do you have vegetarian options?

Yes. There is a dedicated vegetarian section with bean and mushroom burritos, quesadillas and vegetarian fajitas, plus guacamole, esquites and salads elsewhere on the menu.

Both locations have their own parking lot.

Do you cater or host private events?

Large sharing platters called charolas and parrilladas are built for groups. Call the location you want to book and ask for a manager.

Where the name comes from

Sonora sits on the Sea of Cortez, where Mexico’s desert runs into cold Pacific water. That meeting is the whole menu: shrimp and octopus cured in lime and chiltepin on one side, mesquite and skirt steak on the other.

We cook it the way the coast does. Whole snapper split and grilled zarandeado. Aguachiles built to order in six sauces. A molcajete that reaches the table still smoking.

Molcajete

A volcanic stone bowl, heated until it smokes, then loaded with grilled steak, chicken, camarones zarandeados, chorizo, sausage and pork carnitas over mild green sauce, cactus and grilled onion. Topped with cheese sauce and queso fresco.

Served with rice, beans, guacamole salad and tortillas. It keeps cooking at the table.
